In addition to adding images and video to an individual story, Lookatmedia™ also allows you to add Media Packages.
How to create Media Packages in your Lookatmedia™ centre
You create Media Packages in Lookatmedia™ within your Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. You create a Media Package folder and add any combination of images, video and pdfs that fit your purpose. Once you create the package and it is approved for use, it is available through your image picker when creating or editing a page.
How journalists find your Media Packages
Journalists, media representatives and influencers find your Media Packages below the featured image on an event or any other page. When they click on the link, they are taken to the folder in your Lookatmedia™ DAM, where they can view the contents of your package.

Downloading a Media Package
Rather than limit what content is chosen from a Media Package, Lookatmedia™ provides the opportunity to pick which items are downloaded. This allows you to create a more significant collection of content while allowing journalists, media representatives and influencers to download just the content they need that meets their purpose.
Beyond your Media Package
Once in your Lookatmedia™ centre, approved users can continue their journey to discover more content on your event or festival. They are also exposed to other content which may suit other projects in development.
Reusing packages
Once you’ve created and approved a Media Package in your Lookatmedia™ DAM, it can be used as many times as you like. You can add it to Event pages, News or Story ideas. You can also test your Media Packages by creating multiple packages for the same event, using them for different storylines and testing what formats deliver the best outcomes.
Tracking which content is downloaded
With Lookatmedia™, you can track precisely what content has been downloaded from your Media Packages. Every download creates an individualised order, which means you can see what content a media representative has chosen to download. You can also see what other content outside your original Media Package they have selected to download.
